 User is checking to see if their site has the Capital Assets module already.

Resolution

  • Please contact Support to check your site's list of active product items in CRM to see if Capital Assets is included.

  • Capital Assets is not included in the standard Financials modules like General Ledger, Budgeting, and Purchasing- it's an add-on.

  • Your site's Enterprise ERP Sales Rep can provide details on purchasing the Capital Assets module if interested.  Support can provide Sales Rep contact information.
