When running the Preliminary Tax Commitment book, the error txprecom Execute insert_tmpchg failed - status -268 Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.#tmpchg' with unique index 'tx_tmpchg1' The duplicate key value is (X, XXXXXX) is received.

• Preliminary Commitment Book (txprecom)

One or more parcels or properties has a duplicate charge attached to it. 

Please contact software support. A script can be run to identify the parcel or property with the duplicate charge attached to it.
