Description of Issue

 Why does Account Inquiry display a negative amount for Actuals?



Context

  • Account Inquiry

  • Actual Memo (Transition Type 1)

  • Negative

  • Credit



Cause

  • Actual detail when summed is credit amount and this would display negative on an Expense account increasing available budget

  • Actual Memo is a sum of all of that fiscal year's posted transaction type 1 actuals plus any unposted proof



Resolution

Site should review transactions against account to determine if any adjusting entries are needed or if this is correct amount for listed detail.
