Cause
Client has requested the wsuser password to be updated
Resolution
The wsuser password needs to be updated in a number of places. It is advised that clients do not change this password on their own. Please contact Tyler Systems Management Support or log a case via the Online Support Client Portal.
Additional Information
It is highly recommended that all environments have the same password for wsuser so that refresh scripts do not break integrating applications.
