Wfnxtpe3 error returned when attempting to release a requisition into workflow

Requisition was rejected and when attempting to activate it and re-release it we return an error message Wfnxtpe3 - An error occurred inserting a pending notification for Workflow Assistant to retrieve for approver (user.name). Status=     -268 or similar.

This is a Munis defect

There are pending notification (or actions) that need to be acknowledged or deleted for the requisition before it can be re-released

Please install MUN-463272 when available

Acknowledging or deleting the pending notifications from the Pending Actions (Administration Mode) will allow for work around of the issue
