A new business account was created but it did not enter workflow

Cause

Adding a new business account is not one of the available Workflow Business Rule Types



Resolution

Additional Information

Business License Workflow Rule Types:

  • BLR – Business License Renewal: Start a new workflow when a renewal bill is generated

  • BLN – New Business License (Existing Account): Start a new workflow for the license/tax when it is first created. The business account status must be set to Active

  • BLA – New Business License (New Account): Start a new workflow for each license/tax when the license/tax is first created. The business account status must be set to Hold – New Business

  • BLL – Business Relocation: Start a new workflow for each license/tax when the business account status is changed to Hold – Relocation and a pending location has been entered
