How to power cycle TouchTime Clocks?

Troubleshooting clock issues

To completely power cycle a TouchTime clock, perform the following steps:

1. Completely remove the power to the timeclock, i.e Power adapter, PoE+ wire.

2. Hold the small white button on the back of the device for 10 seconds. 

3. Timeclock will reboot completely.
