No records found when exporting in Account Trial Balance when Balance Sheet or All Accounts is set to A

When searching for a control account object code, setting the Balance sheet or All accounts field to A in the report options, and choosing any export option, why is the error No records were found that satisfy the selection criteria being returned?

• Entering letter A in the Balance Sheet or All Accounts field in the report options is meant to generate a report for all accounts except control accounts.

• If A is chosen when only control accounts are included in the search, no accounts will be available to export. 

Change report option for the Balance Sheet or All Accounts from A to B to include control accounts and other balance sheet accounts.
