AWS IP for Client Whitelist

Description of Issue

Client wants to know what IP addresses AWS is using so that they can be Whitelisted for secure connections.

For example:  We have Cashiering in AWS and Eden On Premise.  We are going to use our firewall and NAT traffic coming from Cashiering and into Eden until we fully migrate to AWS.

Context
  • Enterprise ERP

  • Cashiering

  • Eden Migration

  • Incode Migration

  • AWS Hosting

  • Networking

  • IP Address

  • Whitelist

Resolution

The two standard Elastic IP addresses are used by all sites Hosted in AWS, 3.228.27.140 and 54.209.225.69

Outbound traffic will originate from 23.23.246.226 and 3.22.114.56 to be used for AWS hosted Enterprise ERP and Cashiering integrations with other products.

Additional Information

An Elastic IP address is a static public IPv4 address designed for dynamic cloud computing. An Elastic IP address is allocated to your AWS account, and is yours until you release it. Unlike an auto-assigned public IP address, an Elastic IP address is preserved after you stop and start your instance in a virtual private cloud (VPC).
