How to change Export Path

Description of Issue

User wants to change the export path for File in Bank Billing EFT/Register



Context

  • UBCIS 



Cause

N/A



Resolution

The Export Path cannot be changed in the system. Users can change the file name but not the path.



Additional Information

Users can go to the File Transfer Program to pull the exported file.

Navigate to System Administration > Miscellaneous Administration > File Transfer

  1. Go into Download from export directory

  2. Select the file you want to download, click Accept
