Food tax amount overwritten on update of Sales tax on Invoice

Food tax amount specified on invoice is overwritten with the State and County tax amount when going in to modify Sales tax on an unposted invoice

Install MUN-461784 when available on Tyler Deploy

Current workaround is that a user will need to modify the Food Tax amount back to the correct amount
