Accounting Entries - error when generating workflow after unexpected error

Description of Issue

  • Happens after user already received: An unexpected error has occurred. Please refresh the page and try again. If the error persists, please contact support.

  • When the workflow button is clicked in Accounting Entries, this error shows: There was an unknown error when calling: GenerateWorkflow. See error log for more details.

Cause

The Budget Preparation For year in the Budget Settings program is not set to next year.



Resolution

  1. In the Budget Settings program, change the Budget Preparation For year to the next year.

  2. Close and reopen Accounting Entries and re-attempt.
