Description of Issue

Client is looking to disable VSS for an environment.

Context

  • EERP

  • Vendor Self Service

  • VSS Hosting Page

Cause

VSS is set to active on the VSS Hosting Page

Resolution

  1. Login to the VSS hosting page for the environment that needs to be disabled

  2. Select Edit next to that environment listed under Client Configuration

  3. Uncheck Active

  4. Select Update Client to save
