500 Internal Server Error clicking Time Entry in ESS

Description of Issue

  • ESS loads 500 Internal Server Error when user clicks on Time Entry tab

  • Exception Log error manifests as MUERROR: Error opening timeOffRecordsForApproval

Cause

  • This is happening for the employees that exist in ESS Additional Supervisors.

  • Error opening timeOffRecordsForApproval ESS exception error after installing MUN-382332



Resolution

Employee exists in ESS Additional Supervisors

  1. EERP > Human Capital Management > Payroll > Payroll Setup > Time Entry Setup > ESS Additional Supervisors

  2. Search on Employee Number

  3. Click Accept

  4. Click Delete to remove the record(s)
