Continuous Hours in Custom Overtime Period are Calculating to the Previous Pay Period

Description of Issue

Hours in a 9/80 Custom Overtime Period are not splitting at the end of the Overtime Period in the middle of the work week.

Cause

The TSA Policy attached to the base pay code is set to roll backward and use for Custom Overtime Periods. 



Resolution

Need to update the TSA policy to not include Custom Overtime Periods

  1. Navigate to the TSA Policy that is attached to the Base Pay Code. System Admin > Policies and Rules Engine > TSA Policy

  2. Uncheck the checkbox labeled Apply to Custom Overtime Policy.

  3. Press Save.
