Set weekend days on system calendar



Description of Issue

A system calendar exists for current year,  work days are assigned on the calendar, and Inspectors are assigned to the system calendar but CSS users are still able to schedule inspections for weekends days.

Cause

SAT and SUN have an Undefined Activity type. 



Resolution
  1. Navigate to System Administration > Miscellaneous Administration > System Calendars

  2. Search for the system calendar to be updated

  3. Click Maintain

  4. Check off weekend days only

  5. Under Daily activity 

    1. set the type on line 2 to WKND

    2. enter Start and End times for weekend days

  6. Click Accept

  7. Click Done
