Can ACFR prod be copied to ACFR test?

Can ACFR be copied between databases?

• Backup, Restore, Refresh

• Snapshot

Site would like to have a duplicate of ACFR Live in a secondary workspace.

• Take snapshot backup of ACFR prod then provide Support with name of snapshot. user who created it, and destination of the requested restore in secondary database.

• From ACFR dashboard menu options

  1. Administration

  2. System

  3. +Create snapshot

  4. Select needed ACFR Agency

  5. By default we do not Include import history from previous years feel free to select this option it just might take a little longer to complete process

  6. Enter new snapshot name

  7. Create

  8. Use the ellipse ... there Download option to save to local workstation

  9. Log into ACFR Test and restore the snapshot

  10. Administration

  11. System

  12. Upload

  13. At prompt do you want to upload snapshot say YES

  14. Select needed ACFR Agency

  15. On the far right hand side of Snapshot name choose action option for vertical ellipses ... to see options

      • Restore

  16. Once restore is completed confirm data has been refreshed.
