Create Delinquent File Town Precinct blank on Lien

The Initial Lien record is created with no Town Precinct once created by the Create Delinquent File.

Town Precinct was never populated on the Parcel in Parcel Inquiry.

The Create Delinquent File pulls the Town Precinct from the Tax Parcel record in Parcel Inquiry. This is usually updated on the Tax Parcel by the RPS160 Import, or from the Current Parcel record if created by the Bill Import.

• Populate the Current Parcel record prior to the Bill Import within the Parcels program.

• Verify that the Town Precinct is populated on the Tax record in Parcel Inquiry, after the RPS160 Import or Bill Import, and prior to the Create Delinquent File.

• Town Precinct can be updated in the Bill Adjustments program, after the Generate Accounts Receivable or Bill Import, and prior to the Create Delinquent File.

• Town Precinct can be updated in the Liens program, after the Create Delinquent File.
