Is it ok for sites to run SQL scripts to update data in Prod?

Resolution
It is a breach of the site's contract with Tyler to change any data by SQL script for Prod since this impacts data integrity and there is not an audit trail.
Please contact Support for the relevant module to look into a way of updating data within Enterprise ERP programs instead, if appropriate.
