Description of Issue
  • The configuration for the ESS is being done in a lower environment (IMPL). Is there any way to copy over the configuration from the lower environment to PROD OR Do we have to manually do it over in PROD?

Cause
  • Informational
Resolution
  • Items such as the User Account and user permissions, as well as any data such as Time Entry records or Benefit Enrollment records will be copied into the environment
  • Items such as the Banner Image, Homepage message, 2-Factor Authentication, Email preferences, and site-wide settings will not be copied into the environment
