Description of Issue

Error received on work order/service request asset help screens when more than 1000 asset records exist:

Execute count_wmasthdrFromConstruct failed -status:  -206  [ISAM -208]
Additional information concerning a status error of -206:
[Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server] Invalid object name 'AssetManagement.AssetGroupCodes'.

Resolution

Install the appropriate work ticket for your version once it's been released:

  • 2019.1.20.0 - MUN-398963

Workaround:  Find asset code from Assets or Asset Registry and manually enter it on work order instead of using field help
