Budget amounts unexpectedly show for next year
- Budget amounts for next year are showing in Account Inquiry and should not be.
- Next year's budget has not been created yet, but amounts are showing in Account Inquiry.

- Post to Master was run for the new year after Year End Close instead of Budget Completion Journal.

Post to Master for Reports
Post to Master was run for a Current Year projection instead of Budget Completion Journal. Post to Master always posts to Next Year regardless of the Budget Year on the projection.
- Post to Master always posts to next year, so should only be run when soft posting next year's budget amounts.
- Budget amounts for Next Year can be zeroed out by creating a new budget projection with all zero amounts and running Post to Master.
Financials> Budget Processing> Define/Start Budget Projection
1. In Define/Start Budget Projection, click Gen.
2. Enter a new Projection number and Description that would not be mistaken for your correct projection.
3. Continue criteria selections, referring to the Current Year projection if needed.
4. For Budget amounts to use, select Zero Budget Amounts. Â
5. Accept
Budget Processing> Post to Master for Reports
6. In Post to Master, click Define.
7. Enter the zero amount budget Projection number.Â
8. Accept
9. Click Post.
10. Re-open Account Inquiry before checking budget amounts.
