834 Report - Header Loop GS Segment GS06 Element Setup

We are receiving an error when submitting our 834 Report to our vendor, who states the GS06 Element is missing from the file, but we have a our 10 digit value defined in the element setup.

• Employee Benefits 834 Export
• 834 Report
• GS06 Element

The GS06 Element is setup to be a one character value, typically the value 1.

GS06 Elements that are longer than 1 character are omitted from the report.

1. Navigate to Employee Benefits 834 Export.
   
   • Menu > Human Capital Management > Human Resources > Benefits Administration > Benefits Enrollment > Employee Benefits 834 Export
2. Select 834 Report in the ribbon.
3. Navigate to the report you are looking to review.
4. Select the GS Segment.
5. Select the GS06 Element.
6. Review the Element Definition currently assigned.
7. Use Update to change this value if necessary.
