Description of Issue

Error message received when submitting ESS claim with a .xls attachment:  Your life event was saved but the following attachments were not saved:  XXXXX.xls

Resolution

Install MUN-399041 once it's been released

Workaround:  Use .xlsx files for ESS expense claim attachments
