Description of Issue
Unable to see Expense Claim Template instructions in ESS

Cause
There is currently no functionality within in ESS to display the claim instructions that have been entered in the Expense Claim Template program
Resolution
The Expense Claim Instructions can be viewed from the Expense Claims program by clicking on the View Instructions option in the menu
