Error exporting to PDF

Whenever a user Exports to PDF they are getting the following error:

XML Document does not have any style information associated with it, an error has occurred

Report Error When executing reports to pdf - not Munis module or program specific

• PDF
• Web services
• touchenv

Web services failing to initialize properly

If exporting to PDF gives the following error: XML Document does not have any style information associated with it, an error has occurred, perform these steps on the server:

1. Open an admin cmd prompt
2. Set the environment (example: setprod)
3. Type touchenv <env> (example: touchenv prod)
4. Open new instance of the Munis program and test exporting to PDF to ensure it is functional
