Description of Issue

Can ExecuTime handle negative time entries?

Cause

Client needs to be able to deduct hours. 

Resolution

To mark a pay code as a deduction code:

  1. Select System Admin
  2. Select Master File Management
  3. Select Pay Codes
  4. Select the Pencil next to the pay code in question
  5. Check the box for Deduction
  6. Select Save
