Description of Issue
  • When we go to use the No Changes option in ESS Open Enrollment, the election is not copying over into the new year
Context

Cause
  • The No Changes option will not work if there is any change to the Enrollment Choice record other than the rates
Resolution
  • There is no work around to this behavior
