Enter Inventory Counts using incorrect FIFO cost when QOH is increased

When the Enter Inventory Counts report is increasing the QOH, the incorrect FIFO Cost stack unit cost is chosen causing inaccurate unit costs

When using FIFO inventory method:

• Adjustments to increase QOH use the last purchase cost
• Adjustments to decrease QOH use the cost from the first in stack

This is by design and working as intended.  When using FIFO inventory method:

• Adjustments to increase QOH use the last purchase cost
• Adjustments to decrease QOH use the cost from the first in stack
