Applicant Master attachments for Applicant References show multiple applicants when viewing in TCM

Description of Issue
  • When we go to Applicant Master then the Attach icon, we see a list of attachments from other applicants all sharing the DocType AppReferences, why?
Context
  • Munis version 2019.1+
  • Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • Tyler Content Manager (TCM)
  • Recruiting
Cause
  • This is caused by having no SSN associated to the Applicant Master record 
Resolution
  • No resolution exists for Applicant Master records without SSNs
  • As a work around, we suggest using the drop down option adjacent to the Attach icon and use Document Mappings to access the correct applicant documents
