Description of Issue
- I assume applicants can reset their passwords if needed. Do we have the ability to reset their password? And if so, how?

Cause
- Applicant is locked out of account
Resolution
- There is no functionality to reset the Applicant account internally
- The Applicant has two ways to reset their own account
- Security Questions
- Email Reset
