Update Job Class Master Types to Add Default Deduction Code

I would like to add a deduction code to a Job Class under Types so that when a new hire receives the job, the deduction will default into their Employee Deduction Program. How do I update the Job Class Types?

• Payroll
• Payroll Set up
• Job Class Master
• Types

Job Class default Type is missing a desired deduction code. 

1. Go to Munis> Human Resources/Payroll>Payroll> Payroll Setup> Job Class Master
2. Click Search, define Job Class, Accept
3. Click Types, click Update, use drop down to select desired deduction to add, Accept and Return
