Employees pulling into Accrual Update that shouldn't be

Employees are pulling into the Accrual Update that should not be.

• Employee Accruals

Part Time Employees who should not have Accrual Records were in Employee Accruals as Active 

1. Go to Employee Accruals. (Payroll>Accrual Processing>Employee Accruals)
2. Search for the find set of Employees. Click Update. Uncheck the Active Checkbox. Click Accept. 
   1. Uncheck the Active Checkbox for all employees who should not be included in the Accrual Update.
