Critical Error on TouchTime in Device Management

Description of Issue

Clock is displaying a Critical Error Please Contact ExecuTime message

Cause

Clock needed system files to be re-sent. 

Resolution
  1. In ExecuTime, Navigate to System Admin > Device Management > Device Profiles
  2. Select the Setup (Cloud) button for the specific device
  3. The icon on the browser tab will begin to spin. It will stop once complete. Once complete, verify clock error is no longer displayed
Additional Information

Pushing that setup button will send four files. A UseDefault file, Badge file, Device file, and the Application file.
