Used accrual time is rounding from payroll

Description of Issue

Employees in Payroll with used accrual time are showing the hours rounding on their History record in Employee Accruals. (Example, Used Sick time went from 1.25 to 1.30)

Cause

System Defect is causing used time to round.

Install work ticket for your version once available:

Additional Information

This should only be an issue with Accrual Tables with a Round Earnings method of To Tenths.
