How to Turn On Bids In VSS

• How to Enable bids for Vendor Self Service (VSS) in the Munis Self Service (MSS) hosting page

Bids was not initially enabled in Vendor Self Service

Tyler Self Hosting: 

1. Login to the MSS/VSS Hosting page as the Admin User
2. Click Client Configuration 
3. Click the Edit option on the Vendor line 
4. In the Vendor Module Access page, enable the Allow Bids checkbox to allow vendors access to Bids
