Notifications in Entity Service Configuration - ExecuTime
Notifications in Entity Service Configuration - ExecuTime
Description of Issue
Why are there WorkOrder Notifications showing in Munis Entity Service Configuration if we do not subscribe to them in ExecuTime?
Context
- Munis
- ExecuTime
- Entity Service Configuration
- Notifications
Cause
When changes are made in the Work Order program in Munis, these are added to the Entity Service Notifications Table regardless if the site is subscribed to that particular integration.
Resolution
If the site is not subscribed to Work Order or Work Order Task Imports, when the Entity Service Integration processes next, those notifications will be removed. No action is needed.
Additional Information
This goes for any changes made in Munis that a site is not subscribed to the Integration for, those notifications will just be removed when the Entity Service Job processes.
