Cause
Support replicated an issue when a site is using the Accounts Receivable Settings - Cat Specific Receipt format of RCTGB80 the Receipt showing the paid charges out of order. Munis will display the General Billing Receipt Charges in order within Receipt Inquiry accurately but when DUP receipt is used the Charges will display out of order.
Resolution
Accounts Receivable Development is currently working on MUN-412646 to correct the issue. This case will be updated further once the MUN is closed and available for download.
