Description of Issue

Unable to GL Post the tax corrections created by the exemptions/credits program.

Error Message : Error posting corrections to GL: txgnarsebu_singleGenerateAR: Error selecting adjustment record for bill: AR category: XX, year: XXXX, charge: XXXX.

Cause

The exemptions/credits generate process created the tax correction(s), but did not properly generate the adjustment record(s).

Resolution

Please contact Munis Tax Support to have a case logged on your behalf. Data within the Munis system will need to be reset to rerun the Generate Process after the data has been cleaned up.
