How to update menu access for a username

Resolution

Menu access is maintained in the Roles program:

  1. Navigate to Enterprise ERP > System Administration > Security > Roles 
  2. Click Search to pull up role
  3. Click Update
  4. Click Menu Security
  5. After clicking Edit, use Forward and Back to navigate/maintain menu access
  6. Click Accept

User will need to log out completely, and then log back in for the change to take effect. If that does not refresh the menu then clear cache and cookies.
