VSS when MBE is selected during registration or Vendor Info is updated MBE classification codes are not required

Cause

This is a MUNIS defect.

Resolution

Download MUN-411901 when available on the MIU.

Additional Information

This causes an error in the Vendors program stating MBE Classifications have not been selected.
