How do I update the contact information for the CSS PP module?

Cause


Resolution
  1. Login to Citizen Self Service with an account with administrator access
  2. Navigate to Home > Administration > Citizen Administration > Personal Property
  3. Populate or Update the Contact Telephone and Contact E-Mail
  4. Click the Accept button to save changes
