Searching in Time Entry History

I'm searching for the whole year's worth of Time Entry History and am returning no records.

• Time Entry History

Searching using the From and To fields instead of putting the date range in the From field. 

1. Go to Time Entry History. (Payroll>Employee History>Time Entry History)
2. Click Search. Define date range in the From field. 
   1. Example: 01/01/2019:12/31/2019
3. Click Accept.
