Description of Issue

Timeclock is not showing anything on the screen

Cause

Device is needing to be sent in for repair

Resolution
  1. Attempt to unplug power and plug back in. If issue does not resolve, proceed to step 2
  2. Attempt to use another power supply. If issue does not resolve, proceed to step 3
  3. Device will need to be sent in for repair. Please reference Create Clock RMA Case
