Description of Issue
Timeclock is not showing anything on the screen

Cause
Device is needing to be sent in for repair
Resolution
- Attempt to unplug power and plug back in. If issue does not resolve, proceed to step 2
- Attempt to use another power supply. If issue does not resolve, proceed to step 3
- Device will need to be sent in for repair. Please reference Create Clock RMA Case
