Print to File option is set, you can not preview - when exporting MTD Project budget report

Description of Issue

The program shows records found for segment definition, but when attempting to export the report to PDF or Preview seeing message Print to file option is set, you can not preview.

Cause

Report option File output is selected. 

Resolution

Uncheck File output box. This setting prompts the program to create a file instead of a report.
