How do I do a Year End Backup in Cloud Admin?

  • Cloud Admin
  • Munis
  • Software as a Service (SAAS)
Cause

Year End Backup is now called Backup in Cloud Admin.

Resolution
  1. Log in to https://muniscloud.tylertech.com with DATACENTER domain credentials
  2. Click on System Management Tools > Environment Management
  3. Find the Live/Prod Environment and click Backup within its box
Additional Information

We save these backups for 7 days. Contact Tyler Systems Management Support if you need to restore from the backup.
