How do I change the Acquisition date on a CIP Asset?

Context

Capital Assets 

Cause

Acquisition Date is incorrect 

Resolution
  1. In Adjustment and Retirements (Enterprise ERP > Financials > Capital Assets > Capital Asset Processing > Adjustments and Retirements), click Update
  2. Change the acquisition date and click Accept

Changing the Acquisition Date will also change the First Year/Period fieldÂ
