TX TRS - Setup for TRS Position Code 09 - Summer School

1. Add a State Position Code for TX TRS Position 09
2. Create a Munis Job Class code for employees that need to be reported with the 09
3. Make sure the State Position field on the new Job Class code equals the new 09 State Position code 
4. Create Employee Job/Salary records for the new Job Class, for each affected employee

To assist with calculating and reporting salary that is and is not subject to Statutory Minimum contributions during the summer months, TRS added a new position code.  Effective June 2019, Position code 09 will be used to designate those employees whose regular school year job is subject to Statutory Minimum, but who are also working summer school outside of their regular contract as a wholly separate job.
