Employee shows in Time Entry but is missing in Browse screen

Description of Issue

When in Time Entry Daily Grid, I can see an employee when I search, but if I use the browse screen the employee is missing.

Cause

Another employee's SSN was corrected in Employee Master, however they had some Pending Time Entry records with the old SSN. The way the browse screen pulls data is based upon Employee/SSN and added another line with the correct SSN, which dropped the last employee off the list. This is a system defect.

Resolution

Install work ticket for applicable version once available.
