Adding a new item with a commodity code does not populate the item field on the code

Install MUN-412962 once it's been released

Workaround options:

• Add the new item without a commodity code, and then update the new item to add the code.  Make sure to tab out of the commodity code field before saving the item changes.
• Manually add the item to the commodity code
